Bought this for my best friend for his birthday and he hasn’t gone a day without wearing it since it arrived. The ear flaps and fuzzy texture make this hat stand out and makes any outfit paired with it pop!
Hat is great. Well made and definitely unique. I expected it to arrive in a fancy box as my first hat did and it did not. Overall the hat is definitely a 5 star item. I took away one point as when I received notification that it had shipped I kept watching and for a week it didn't move. I emailed for a status update and was told it was on its way. The shipping status changed and it was moving and arrived within 2 days of that. Stuffed in a cardboard box and taped up in what appeared a hurry. Not the packaging expected at all - more like a beginner eBay seller. I truly believe if I hadn't asked it would have sat in the same place for another week or...? Really changed my image of the company.
So much better than I expected. Truthfully, I likely would’ve paid much more for this hat than what it was priced. The workmanship on the hat is superb. It’s very cozy and I love that when I unsnapped the ear flaps, they fell down and low instead of sticking out towards the sides! What a great hat company!!
