In the event your item is received damaged or defective in any way please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Typically, you can just exchange for a replacement and we'll get that new item shipped as soon as possible (before the damaged item is even received back).
In the event that a replacement is not available, or you'd rather a return for refund, please note that we do require pictures of any damage to determine next steps. Please reach out to our support team via email as soon as possible and we'll be happy to help.
Products will not be considered defective for extremely minor cosmetic issues including loose threads, lint, minor fabric inconsistencies, or other negligible imperfections that are common in the manufacturing process and do not impact wearability or function.
Did you receive the wrong items?
Contact us at rule@overlordcaps.com. Please attach a picture of your invoice as well as the item(s) you received. It may take 2-3 business days to investigate the issue.  We can reship the correct items or refund your order.Â
Please note, return shipping cost is not covered and is not refundable. Missing or stolen packages are not refundable if the mail carrier confirms delivery. Once orders are submitted, product and delivery details may be unable to be changed before fulfillment and shipment.  Packages returned to sender due to customer entering incorrect shipping address or an address that carrier is unable to deliver to for any reason will be refunded for full value of the products returned minus shipping costs.  Refunds for returned to sender packages will be issued upon our receipt of the returned package.
