Shipping policy

Please double check your shipping info. Especially if it has been auto-filled. We are unable to update your address once an order is accepted and are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to customer error.  We are unable to modify orders for any reason once placed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping processing time

Orders $100.00 and up qualify for FREE SHIPPING!  Please note sometimes promotions and specials are offered that can change this amount.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*Overlord is not responsible for stolen packages once confirmed delivered. If package theft is a concern to you, you can typically request a hold for pickup directly with the carrier or leave them a note.

Unfortunately, transit delays are out of our control. Your Overlord support team is always here to help, but we have no additional info past what is noted by the carrier tracking. Please refer to your tracking for any and all updates concerning delivery times.

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, European Union (Select Countries), Japan, South Korea, Israel, and more.  All orders currently ship with DHL or UPS, carrier rates are shown at checkout.
