Love this hat! It’s incredibly comfortable and the quality is top tier. I’ve only worn it once so far, and I’ve received several compliments. It’s my favorite hat already. Definitely considering another as I’ve been eyeing that Cornelius variant!
My first order was cancelled. I contacted customer service and they didn't get back to me until the very day I had originally expected it to arrive. It was an anniversary present for my husband and I've been living abroad, so I had high hopes. I had to re-order and it came the following week. Had I gotten a quicker response I would've shopped accordingly. On top of the the cap arrived crushed, with a crushed box. So it was disappointing. Reading the reviews on customer service and given my first interaction, I just didn't bother contacting them again. I will not be a returning customer. The design of the cap is beautiful, unique, and stylish, unfortunately there's an irreparable dent right across the top. The box it came in was also pretty cool looking but also pretty crushed.

Adorable design, strange fit. I have several overlord caps and I think because this one is covered in fur it may fit different. It’s a little more bulky and feels tall on my head. Such a cute hat though, I get lots of compliments!! I just struggle a little bit with how to wear it. But again, so cute!!
